Chlorine Measurement
This analyser has been designed to monitor Free Chlorine (Residual Chlorine) in drinking water, industrial cooling water, rinse water, wastewater or other fresh water samples containing Chlorine in the range of 0.05-20 ppm (High Range) or 0.01 to 5.00 (Low Range). With its plug-and-play design, our Free Chlorine Analyser includes a pH sensor, a chlorine sensor, a flow control device and a transmitter that is mounted on a PVC panel. It is calibrated at the factory before shipment.

Turbidity / Total Suspended Solids (TSS) Analyser
Turbidity or Total Suspended Solids (TSS) is associated with water clarity or haziness. Turbidity measures how much light is scattered by the particles in water and provide a relative indication of water clarity, measured in Nephelometric Turbidity Units (NTU). TSS measures the actual weight of solid particles suspended in a given volume of water, measured in milligrams per litre (mg/L). Particles suspended in the water, usually silt and clay, are responsible for water haziness or cloudiness. Turbidity is a crucial determinant of quality of the water since bacteria and viruses can be attached to these particles This analyser uses an optical method to determine the turbidity or TSS, a light beam is directed into the sample where it is scattered by suspended particles in the water. The amount of scattering depends on the amount of haziness in the water, the wavelength of light used and the size and composition of the suspended solids. It uses a near infrared (NIR) LED light source and the 90° scattered light method in accordance with ISO 7027 / EN 27027 to measure accurate turbidity values. The 90° scattered light detection method is the most common sensor design for the turbidity measurement. Our turbidity sensor has the advantage of a high sensitivity for turbidity throughout the measurement range and a simple optical configuration with an automated cleaning wiper feature.

This analyser has been designed for the online measurement of Conductivity or Resistivity and analyse the quality of industrial water being used in a process plant. Our Conductivity and Resistivity sensors cover the full measurement range from High Purity water to Concentrated Brine Solution. Toroidal Conductivity (Inductive Conductivity) sensors are perfectly suited for high conductivity solutions like concentration measurement in percentage or any application that corrodes or covers the conventional contacting conductivity sensors. We also offer conductivity sensor for high pressure (27.5 Bar), high temperature (0 - 200 °C) conductivity measurement. It is an ideal choice for boiler control applications, blowdown control, condensate monitoring, leak detection on heat exchangers and steam purity measurement.
